YUp. I failed. On Day 2 of the new month long resolution. I had thought to not drink any coffee for the month of January. However, I failed on Day 2. now I don’t drink to0 much coffee in a day – 2 small cups (sometimes 3) max.
By Jan 2, I had a pounding raging headache and could not do any work. It was then I realised, there is a time and place for each resolution. How can I manage – with no sleep, with work, and house work and a 1 yr old baby with sleep problems, and climbing and yoga, and multiple side projects – to manage without my cup of coffee first thing in the morning?
So for now, I am back to my 2 cups of coffee a day. I think I will try the no-coffee month ago once my daughter figures out how to sleep at night!
